This is the demonstration we had in class which I feel is really effective and works well and inspired me to experiment further
This is my own version I feel it went quite well for my first go although it needs some re adjustments such as I could blend even further and and experiment further I would like to progress and try more looks and perfect the contouring look. firstly'Products I used for this were:
·
Illamasqua
skin base foundation
·
Illamasqua
matt primer
·
Illamasqua
loose powder
·
Kryolan
eye shadow pallet I choose ‘black pepper’
After cleansing, toning and moisturising the face I then used illamasqua
mat primer left that to absorb into the skin then applied Illamasqua skin base
foundation I then powdered with illamasqua loose powder to set it.
I
started contouring I wanted the contouring to be quite obvious so I then felt
where my cheek bone was applied ‘black pepper’ there and started buffing
downwards in a circular motion taking it down my cheek bone but not reaching
where my mouth starts.
I
contoured my eye going outwards using the same circular motion with my brush
and then the bridges of my nose and slightly at the tip of it the temples of my
forehead to make it seem smaller and my cupids bow to give my lips more depth.
I wanted to expand on my extreme
contouring so I did on my model for my photo shoot this was the result.
I
feel I improved on this although next time I will blend more on the nose area
to give a softer effect.
